Tubes Trader OÜ (registration code 14729970, legal address: Põldmäe tee 4, 76915, Saue vald, Harju maakond, Estonia) carries out wholesale sales of gift, souvenir, holiday and seasonal products. These terms and conditions govern the ordering, payment, delivery, return and warranty obligations.
1.1. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.
1.2. All prices are in Euro (€) including VAT (if applicable) or excluding VAT for customers with a valid EU VAT number.
1.3. Information about the products (photos, descriptions, technical specifications) is provided upon request in the form of a catalogue or commercial offer.
1.4. Tubes Trader OÜ reserves the right to change the terms of delivery and prices, having notified the client in advance.
2.1. The product catalog and price list are provided upon request via the form on the website, by e-mail or phone.
2.2. The minimum order for wholesale customers is determined individually (usually from one box/package depending on the product category).
2.3. The order is confirmed only after written agreement on the range, quantity, prices and delivery conditions.
2.4. Preliminary reservation of goods for up to 14 days (for seasonal purchases - up to 60 days) is possible with prepayment.
3.1. New clients are entitled to 100% prepayment by invoice.
3.2. Regular partners may be granted a payment deferment (upon agreement and with a positive payment history).
3.3. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or other agreed methods.
3.4. All bank fees are paid by the client.
4.1. Delivery is carried out throughout Estonia and to EU countries via courier services or transport companies.
4.2. Delivery costs are calculated individually depending on volume, weight and region.
4.3. In case of self-pickup, the goods are transferred from the warehouse of Tubes Trader OÜ by prior arrangement.
4.4. The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the buyer at the moment of transfer of the goods to the carrier.
4.5. Delivery on pallets is possible for large quantities.
5.1. For small wholesale customers (B2C), the right to return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods applies, provided that the packaging and presentation are intact.
5.2. For wholesale customers (B2B), returns and exchanges are possible only by agreement and in the presence of a manufacturing defect or discrepancy with the order.
5.3. Return of perishable goods (gingerbread, sweets, food products) is not allowed, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
5.4. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
5.5. Refunds are made within 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
6.1. All products are guaranteed for quality within the established shelf life or performance characteristics.
6.2. In the event of a defect, the customer is obliged to notify Tubes Trader OÜ within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
6.3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the buyer or as a result of improper storage/transportation after receipt.
7.1. Tubes Trader OÜ is released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations in cases caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), including, but not limited to: natural disasters, fires, strikes, epidemics, import/export restrictions, disruptions in transport.
